Happy Birthday Maureen!!!

Fifty...WOW, that's how old my sister Mo just turned. She had a party at her house for the family to help celebrate! We had so much fun.
Xander loved Uncle Danny (Uncle D to most except my kids). Danny kept giving him little tastes of his beer. Except this one, even though it looks like Xander is totally enjoying it, the can has not even been opened!
I got Christine off guard on this one, she looks a dazed in this one!
I love taking pictures like this one, but some people hate getting their pictures taken. This is Kevin, and notice that his eyes are closed. I really love my family sometimes! As you can tell, from the one below, I like these pics. This is Stacy, the oldest grandchild (the only one older was married into the family).
There's the birthday girl! Maureen Jean and Caroline Jane, who will turn 50 next year! That'll be a celebration, cause she doesn't ever think she is older than 29!
I was taking random pictures, cause that's what I do. I like getting snapshots of people when they least expect it. Pictures are good, they create good memories. Even though most people in my family really hate pictures.

But all in all, it was a great party. For something that was supposed to last from 5 - 7, we left her apartment at 9:30...and no one fighted. Which is pretty amazing for our family. Maybe it's a new beginning, cause nothing happened at Christmas either. Maybe we all grew up!

  1. Cute pictures! So you can change the name of your whole blog page (right now you have it as SNOW!) by going to your dashboard, then clicking settings, then changing the name there. Then you can call is Flowers and Neumyers or whatever you you want to call it.

  2. It is SOOOOO SOOOO nice when there's no fighting. That is the reasons I did Thanksgiving with Erik's family the past two years. (Aside from the fact that I got to spend time with my future in-laws.) The family doesn't get together very often, and it's so nice when we can put our difference aside and get along :)
